Do I have to order online?
No, Scottish Fine Soaps are stocked in a variety of outlets, to find your nearest stockist (click here)
How do I know that you have received my order?
Shortly after completing your purchase you will receive an email confirming whether or not the order has been completed. If the order has been successful then you will receive a further email stating when your order has been dispatched.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately no changes can be made to an online order after it has been completed

RETURNS
When can I return a product?
We at Scottish Fine soaps strive to give our customers the best service possible. We will gladly issue a full refund for the merchandise to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied by original receipt and remain unopened and in a condition that is suitable for resale.
Please Note: Scottish Fine Soaps, are not liable for any costs incurred in returning a product to us.

What if the items I received are incorrect?
If the products which we deliver are damaged, defective or of an incorrect quantity then provided you notify us within 3 working days of the date of receipt we will either;
· make good any shortage or non-delivery;
· replace or rectify any damaged or defective products;
· refund to you the amount paid by you for the relevant goods

What countries do you deliver to?

How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery costs vary depending on your location:
Standard UK delivery is £1.00
UK orders over £10 Delivery is FREE
Export costs are based on package size, weight and destination and therefore cannot be estimated we strive to keep shipping cost to a minimum and only pass on the charges from carrier
How long will delivery take?
Standard UK delivery should take between 3-5 Working Days
Export delivery times vary depending on your location. We strive to ensure delivery take 4-7 days
Can you deliver to a different address to my billing address?
Yes this can be a work address or another residential address. This can be entered at checkout.

When will I be charged for my order?
When the order is submitted we will make an automatic request for authorisation of the card so that the payment can be accepted. If there is a problem or query with the transaction you will receive an Email stating that the transaction has not been completed.

This is the 3D secure payment system that banks use. This a normal process for credit and debit card purchases and helps to further protect you against fraud or card misuse

Scottish Fine Soaps is against animal testing of any kind and adheres to the following guidelines in relation to the development of our product range, including the sourcing of ingredients for our products:
- We do not perform animal testing on our products at any stage of development, nor is it carried out by others on our behalf.
- We do not purchase raw materials on which animal testing of any kind has been performed.
