What is the last guaranteed delivery date for UK orders before Christmas?

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, place your order before 2pm on Thursday 19th December.

What is the last guaranteed delivery date for orders going to Europe?

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, place your order before 2pm on Tuesday 17th December.

We also try to ensure delivery within 2 to 3 days of orders being shipped (Mainland UK). Please note orders placed in Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take 3- 5 working days.

UK Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £20 (after any discounts are applied). Any orders with a total value of £20 or under (after any discounts are applied) will be subject to a delivery charge of £4.95 per order.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We are able to process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours of ordering (subject to stock availability).

We also try to ensure delivery within 2 to 3 days of orders being shipped (Mainland UK but on the run up to Christmas this may be delayed slightly. Please note orders placed in Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take 3- 5 working days.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, due to carrier restrictions, we do not ship to PO box addresses at this time.

How is my order sent?

Our parcels are sent using a trackable DPD service. Please enter a phone number and valid email address when making your order to receive tracking information directly from DPD*. As always you can contact our helpful customer services team should you have any order queries at enquiries@scottishfinesoaps.com.

Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please see below for countries we ship to and costs. If your country is not on the list please contact us and we can look into this for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our delivery costs section below provides estimated delivery dates for different countries. Actual delivery time will depend on customs and carriers.

Will I have to pay customs?

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.
