How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30 (after any discounts are applied). Any orders with a total value of £30 or under (after any discounts are applied) will be subject to a delivery charge of £4.95 per order.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Important Notice: Due to recent circumstances surrounding Covid-19 orders placed on our website may take longer to arrive than usual. 

We are usually able to process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours of ordering (subject to stock availability). 

We also try to ensure delivery within 2 to 3 days of orders being shipped (Mainland UK). Please note orders placed in Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take 3- 5 working days.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, due to carrier restrictions, we do not ship to PO box addresses at this time.

We also try to ensure delivery within 2 to 3 days of orders being shipped (Mainland UK). Please note orders placed in Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take 3- 5 working days.

How is my order sent?

Our parcels are sent using a trackable DPD service. Please enter a phone number and valid email address when making your order to receive tracking information directly from DPD*. Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please see below for countries we ship to and costs. If your country is not on the list please contact us and we can look into this for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Will I have to pay customs?

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.
