UK Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

 

We offer free UK standard shipping on all orders over £35.00 (after any discounts are applied). Any orders with a total value of £35.00 or under (after any discounts are applied) will be subject to a delivery charge of £4.95 per order.

Please note that for Non-UK Mainland our shipping charges and times differ slightly. Also, we do not ship to all Non-UK Mainland location.

Costs are noted below for Non UK Mainland locations that we do ship to:

Country: Isle of Man | Shipping costs: £20.00 | Delivery Time: 3-17 Working Days

Country: Jersey | Shipping costs: £15.00 | Delivery Time: 3-17 Working Days

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

 

While we do try to ensure fast shipment of your order, our standard delivery times are 3-5 working days for the UK Mainland including the Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Delivery times for the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands differ slightly. Details of which can be found in the table in the section above.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, due to carrier restrictions, we do not ship to PO box addresses at this time.

How is my order sent?

Our parcels are sent using a trackable DPD service. Please enter a phone number and valid email address when making your order to receive tracking information directly from DPD*. As always you can contact our helpful customer services team should you have any order queries at enquiries@scottishfinesoaps.com.

Do you deliver Internationally?

 Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please see below for countries we ship to and costs. If your country is not on the list please contact us and we can look into this for you. 

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, due to carrier restrictions, we do not ship to PO box addresses at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our delivery costs section below provides estimated delivery dates for different countries. Actual delivery time will depend on customs and carriers.

Will I have to pay customs?

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.
